Can I take one level only?

The Olive Oil Sommelier Certification Program is organized by the Olive Oil Times Education Lab, which maintains the world's largest collection of high-quality olive oils. During the 6-day program, you will analyze well over one hundred oils from every producing region to expose you to a comprehensive spectrum of sensory characteristics. No other olive oil education program provides such an international scope and instruction.

You must take Level 1 before Level 2. You can take Level 1 only and return to take Level 2 at a later date, but it is better to take them together.

You can change the world. You will be a point of reference and expertise for your company, community, region and even country. You will be part of a growing international network of impassioned experts and educators who are making great things happen in their ventures and far beyond.
